A time for manufacturing an electromagnetic shielding light transmitting window material and a display panel (bonding time in a bonding process) is shortened. An upper mold (43) and a lower mold (44) made of a high heat resistant synthetic resin are arranged between an upper and a lower press boards (41, 42), and a stacked body is arranged between the molds (43, 44). An air in a molding space between the molds (43, 44) is evacuated through an exhaust port (45), a high frequency voltage is applied on the press boards (41, 42) from a high frequency power supply (46), and the stacked body is pinched with pressure for a prescribed time by the press boards (41, 42).
