A base outside mirror structure for a vehicle is provided to safely maintain the distance between both sides of a narrow road and a vehicle tire. A base outside mirror structure for a vehicle, comprises a housing(30) arranged beneath an outside mirror(20) of the vehicle; a transmission surface(31) formed horizontally with a lower surface of the housing in a manner that the transmission surface is directed toward a road surface; and a reflection mirror arranged with a tilt in the housing in a manner that the shape of the road surface transmitted through the transmission surface is reflected to the view of a driver. The housing has a front surface where a view surface(34) is formed to protect a mirror surface of the reflection mirror and protect the housing from dust or foreign substances.
