An emitting turn signal lamp lever is provided to recognize easily characters and symbols formed on a turn signal lamp lever and a wiper lever at night by turning on the turn signal lamp lever and the wiper lever when turning on tail lamps. A lever system is used for performing readily an operation of a turn signal lamp lever(2) and an operation of a wiper lever. A dash board, other devices, the turn signal lamp lever, and the wiper lever are simultaneously turned on by operating the turn signal lamp lever when tail lamps are turned off. Characters and symbols(1) formed on the turn signal lamp lever and the wiper lever are brightly displayed at night by turning on the turn signal lamp lever and the wiper lever.
