Provided are an electrode for generation anions for a cereal storage device to decrease the velocity of water discharge of cereals for improving the taste and perfume of cereals, and a cereal storage device using the electrode. The electrode for generation anions comprises a conductive electrode rod(50) whose one end is connected with a high voltage generation device and whose other end is inserted into a cereal storage device by a certain depth and is provided with a plurality of projections on the appearance; and an insulating housing(21) which seals and accommodates the electrode rod for insulating the electrode rod from the external environment.
