摘要 A low loss power factor correction circuit is provided to reduce a loss of a diode and a turn-on loss of a switching semiconductor element by minimizing an inverse direction leakage current. A low loss power factor correction circuit includes a rectifying unit(501), a first inductor(502), a first switching element(503), a second inductor(506), a first capacitor(507), a second switching element(504), and a second capacitor(505). The rectifying unit(501) rectifies an input AC power and outputs a DC voltage. An end of the first inductor(502) is connected to an output terminal of the rectifying unit(501). The first switching element(503) is connected between the output terminal of the rectifying unit(501) and the other end of the first inductor(502). An end of the second inductor(502) is connected to a first node connected to the first inductor(502) and the first switching element(503). The first capacitor(507) is connected between a ground terminal and a second node connected to the other end of the second inductor(506). The second switching element(504) is connected between the second node and a third node which outputs the DC voltage. The second capacitor(505) is connected between the third node and the ground terminal.
