A method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting display unit is provided to reduce a step of a photographing process by using an insulation film pattern as a mask and forming a transparent electrode. A method for manufacturing an organic light-emitting display unit includes the steps of: forming a plurality of insulation film patterns(50) to separate both electrodes; forming a transparent electrode(52) between the insulation film patterns; forming a plurality of partition walls(58) which are intersected with the transparent electrode(52); and forming a negative electrode which is formed between the partition walls, and is intersected with an upper part of the transparent electrode(56). The insulation film pattern(50) is formed by an exposed negative photoresist.
