Provided are a method for preparing a lactic acid fermentation composition, and the lactic acid fermentation composition prepared by the method which has an anti-rheumatic effect and is excellent in taste and perfume. The method comprises the steps of pulverizing Arisaema amurense var. serratum, Caragana sinica, the sprouts of pine trees, Clematis florida, the root bark of a mulberry tree and green glutinous millet; mixing 15-20 g of an Arisaema amurense var. serratum powder, 50-55 g of a Caragana sinica powder, 10-15 g of the powdered sprouts of pine trees, 10-15 g of a Clematis florida powder, 10-15 g of the powdered root bark of a mulberry tree and 25-30 g of a green glutinous millet powder in 1L of water; adding sugar, yeast and yogurt to the obtained mixture and fermenting it; and filtering the fermented one. |
