An air spring of a vehicle is provided to buffer shock by installing a hydraulic cylinder in an airbag, to improve riding comfort by absorbing shock and regulating aftershock in operating the airbag, and to improve durability of the airbag by cooling oil charged in the hydraulic cylinder with a cooling pipe. An air spring of a vehicle includes an upper plate(12) fixed to a vehicle body(10), an airbag(16) mounted in the upper plate and provided with an air injection port(14) injecting air, a lower plate(22) fixed to an axle(20), a piston(24) mounted in the lower plate, installed in a lower part of the airbag and moved vertically and linearly, a hydraulic cylinder(26) arranged in the airbag, fixed to the upper plate and connected to the piston to absorb shock by hydraulic pressure, and a cover bracket(28) protecting the piston and the airbag. The hydraulic cylinder comprises a body arranged in the airbag, fixed to the upper plate and filled with oil, a cooling pipe communicated with the body to cool oil charged in the body, an operating plate contacted to an inner periphery of the body, moved up and down and provided with a compression passage and a extension passage, an operating rod connected to the operating plate and the piston, an opening plate arranged in an upper part of the operating plate to open and close the compression passage, and a spring arranged between the opening plate and the body to apply elastic force to the opening plate.
