A method for supplying a collect call service in a communication system and the communication system applied with the method are provided to demand a collect call service by receiving a predetermined feature code from a receiver's communication terminal during a call between a sender's terminal and the receiver's terminal, therefore the collect call service can be requested during call. A communication system maintains an accounting table which records accounting information and number information of the first communication terminal(501). The system receives a call connection request which includes the number information of the first terminal and predetermined identifier information from a sender's terminal(502,503). A call is established between the sender's terminal and the first terminal(504). If the call is disconnected, the system calculates the accounting information through a predetermined accounting module, and records the calculated accounting information at the accounting table according to the number information of the first terminal(505-510). |
