A safety medicine bottle is provided to prevent children from opening the safety medicine bottle and thereby prevent accident by forming holding tools and pushing parts in stopper, and a rail having a saw tooth portion and a secession portion in upper part of bottle body. The safety medicine bottle includes a body(2) and a stopper(1). In the stopper(1), a female screw portion(10), a holding tool, a pushing portion(5) and a space(6) are formed. In the upper part of the body(2), a male screw portion(11) and a rail(3) on which a saw tooth portion(9) and a secession portion(7) are formed are formed. A predetermined space is formed between the lower part of the stopper(1) and the rail(3). The female screw portion(10) are coupled with the male screw portion(11). The safety medicine bottle is made of a synthetic resin. One or more holding tools are formed in the lower part of the stopper(1).
