摘要 An operating force control apparatus of a floor hinge for a door is provided to extend the service life of a door by keeping a door at the normal rotating speed by controlling a hydraulic control screw of a hinge body through a control groove of an exposed controller without separating a cover plate of a floor hinge, to install a door exactly without disposition of a control groove of a controller from an exposure hole of a cover plate, to have excellent compatibility by using for the existing floor hinge and to use a hydraulic control screw for a long term without separation. In a floor hinge which comprises a casing(1) buried under the bottom where the central axis of rotation of a swing door is located, a main hinge body(H) installed in the casing according to the central point of rotation of a door and equipped with a hinge shaft coupled to the bottom of the door to support the door to be rotatable and a hydraulic pressure control screw(3) exposed upward to control the rotating speed of the door, and a cover plate(4) put on the top of the casing to seal up the inside space of the main hinge body and the casing except the top of the hinge shaft, an operating force control apparatus of a floor hinge for the door contains: a controller(K) exposed to the outside of the cover plate to be spaced out from the hydraulic pressure control screw and composed of upper and lower shafts(9,9a) with a control groove(10); and a control force transfer device installed between the controller and the hydraulic force control screw and composed of many gears such as a rotary gear(4), a driving gear(5), a center gear(6), a primary gear(7) and a secondary gear(8) to engage with each other.
