A light emitting device is provided to prevent bending during bonding of both substrates by constituting a mounting substrate and a reflector substrate with a print substrate material. A light emitting device includes light emitting elements(14a,14b,14c,14d). A mounting substrate(10) comprises a common electrode(11) having the light emitting element on the top plane and individual electrodes(12a,12b,12c,12d) connected to an electrode of the light emitting element, and has coupling electrodes(13a,13b) connected to the common electrode and the individual electrode on a rear plane. A reflector(30) is bonded to the top plane of the mounting substrate, and has a through-hole to surround the light emitting element and a reflection coated film(33) installed on an inner wall of the through-hole. The reflector is formed with a print substrate material, and the thickness of the reflector is thicker than the mounting substrate in order to prevent bending of the reflector. |
