Provided is a composite dielectric composition, which shows a stable electrostatic capacity by virtue of a low variation in electrostatic capacity depending on temperature, and thus is useful for an embedded capacitor for signal matching. The composite dielectric composition comprises: a polymer matrix that shows a positive or negative variation in electrostatic capacity depending on temperature; and a ceramic filler that shows a variation in electrostatic capacity opposite to the variation in electrostatic capacity of the polymer matrix. The polymer matrix is at least one resin selected from the group consisting of an epoxy resin, a polyethylene terephthalate resin and a polyimide resin showing a positive variation in electrostatic capacity depending on temperature.
