A headphone device is provided to obtain desirable wearing state regardless of the head size of a wearer, by enabling a band part to fit to the shape of the head. A band part(11) has a U shape, and both ends of the band part are supported by a temple of the left and right ears of a wearer, and a middle part(11c) of the band part is located on an occiput of the wearer. Left and right connection units(20L,20R) are connected to the band part. Left and right housings(30L,30R) are connected to hang to the band part through the connection unit. Left and right headphone drivers(31L,31R) are arranged in the left and right housings. And a cushion unit(13) is arranged in the inside of at least a part of a circular arc part of the band part.
