A thermal insulation wall for construction is provided to minimize the time and labor required for construction by minimizing the use of a bracket for connecting unit panels, to improve thermal insulating efficiency by forming an air layer in an unit panel and to supply in large quantities at low price without lowering of function by mixing low-priced materials and high-priced materials in the appropriate ratio. A thermal insulation wall for construction comprises: many unit panels(10) having a wall composed of an external wall(22) having spaces(22a) to form an air layer inward, many vertical partition walls(24) connecting an upper wall and a lower wall of the spaces and many horizontal partition walls(26) connecting the vertical partition wall with the inside of the external wall, a C-shaped top hanger formed on the top of the wall to couple a bottom hanger of another thermal insulation wall strongly not to be separated and an inverse C-shaped bottom hanger(40) formed on the bottom of the wall to couple a top hanger of another thermal insulation wall strongly not to be separated; and a T-shaped bracket(50) coupling neighboring unit panels using a vertical piece(51) and a horizontal piece(52). Hereon the unit panel is made with 70~80 weight percent low-priced PVC and 30~20 weight percent high-priced noncombustible materials to lower down the price in contrast to the existing urethane and not to emit poisonous gas in a fire.
