An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode), a display device and a method for driving the display device are provided to increase brightness duration of the display device by reducing current density by digital-driving a 2T1C(2 Transistors 1 Capacitor) pixel structure as a 3T1C pixel structure. A display device includes a data driver(34), scan drivers(36,37), and a pixel circuit unit(32). The data driver applies at least one data signal on one data line. The scan drivers selectively apply a write scan signal and an erase scan signal to one scan line. The pixel circuit unit includes OLEDs, which are formed on the intersection between the data line and the scan line. The pixel circuit unit stores the data signal according to the erase scan signal to the scan driver and erases the data signal according to the erase scan signal. The pixel circuit unit turns on the organic light emitting diodes, when the erase scan signal is applied according to the stored data signal.
