A head for a tape dispenser is provided to prevent a tap from being separated from the head and to flexibly attach the tape on all kinds of surfaces. In a tape dispenser composed of a tape, a head unit, a discharge reel and a winding reel, a mechanism interlockingly rotating the discharge reel and the winding reel, and a casing, a tip portion(4a) of the head unit comprises multiple-phase thin elastic pieces of at least two stages. Tape guides(1) integrated with a rear end portion(5a) are installed at left and right sides of at least one elastic piece in the direction of the tip portion of the head unit right before the multiple-phase tip portion. The width of the tip portion of at least one of the multiple-phase elastic pieces is wider than the width(8) of the tape guide.
