RFID TAG AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce cost related to RFID manufacturing and manufacturing equipment by simplifying a RFID manufacturing device and reducing a cycle time of the RFID manufacturing device, as an RFID chip is fixed to an antenna by using softening of binder material included conductive paste for forming the antenna. An IC chip(1) has a bump electrode(2). The antenna(3) is formed on resin or paper material, and is formed by the conductive paste containing conductive particles. The bump electrode of the IC chip and the antenna are adhered by thermoplastic resin contained in the conductive paste forming the antenna. A lower side of the IC chip and an upper side of the antenna are covered by thermosetting resin. The conductive particle is silver flake and the binder material is the thermoplastic polyester resin.
