The invention relates to a local radiocommunication device comprising: an IP access point (1c) which can communicate outside of the network in IP mode; a point-to-point communication module (1a) which can communicate with a terminal (4, 5) using at least one point-to-point communication protocol; and an interface (1b) which enables (i) the IP access point (1c) to communicate with the point-to-point communication module (1a) and (ii) the terminal (4, 5) to communicate outside of the local radiocommunication network. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
