A roof structure for a vehicle is provided to prevent impurities from being stacked on the upper part of the roof panel and preclude the impurities from damaging the panel by forming the upward plane part at the designated area of the panel. A roof structure for a vehicle comprises a plane part(11) upwardly installed at the place where the roof vent of a roof panel(10) forming the upper part of the vehicle is installed; an extension part(12) having a slope surface to connect the peripheral surface of the plane part to the roof panel; and a reinforcing panel(20) attached at the lower surface of the roof panel to be placed at the outer peripheral surface of the extension part. The surface of the plane part is formed on the same plane as the surface of the roof panel.
