A data driving device of an organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) display device is provided to increase a data line charging speed by pre-storing a data on the data line by using a precharge voltage. A data driving device of an organic EL display device includes a DAC, an upper n-bit decoder(37_1), a reference voltage selector(37_3), a lower m-bit decoder(37_5), a data voltage selector(37_7), and a precharging unit(37_9). The upper n-bit decoder includes 2^n NAND gates, which output a low or high level signal according to upper n-bit values of the n+m bit digital data. The reference voltage selector selects adjacent two reference voltages from 2^n+1 reference voltages according to an output from the upper n-bit decoder. The lower m-bit decoder includes 2^m NAND gates, which output a low or high level signal according to lower m-bit values of the n+m bit digital data. The data voltage selector supplies a predetermined data voltage to the data line within a reference voltage range of the selected reference voltages. The precharging unit pre-stores one of the two reference voltages on the data line, before the data voltage is applied.
