A terminal for preventing ESD(Electro-Static Discharge) and a leakage current is provided to prevent a leakage of current supplied from a battery to a conductive mechanism by cutting off the current by using an ON/OFF passive element connecting a PCB and a conductive exterior part. One side of a conductive connection part, which includes a connection recess, a screw(120) and a conductive wire(140), is connected with a conductive mechanism(110) by circuitry. The first PCB ground(172) is connected with the other side of the conductive connection part by circuitry, and is cut off with a PCB(190) by circuitry. The second PCB ground(170) is connected with the PCB(190) by circuitry. One sides of ON/OFF passive elements(180) are connected with the first PCB ground(172) and the other side of the ON/OFF passive elements(180) are connected with the second PCB ground(170), and when a voltage difference formed between the conductive mechanism(110) and the PCB(190) due to static electricity generated at the conductive mechanism(110) is greater than a certain size, the ON/OFF passive elements(180) connect the first and second PCB grounds(172,170) by circuitry, and otherwise, the ON/OFF passive elements(180) cut off the first and second PCB grounds(172,170) by circuitry.
