By using lifts (4) for wheelchairs (6), including movable a raise- and lowerabe frame parts (12), on which is placed a lift platform (14), whose one end includes an un-foldable wheelchair ramp (16), there is made a free space between the floor of the vehicle and the some lower situated base, on which the vehicle is situated, which can be a hazard for potentially awaiting wheelchair users, who can crash over the edge of the vehicle opening. To eliminate the mentioned problem, is described an automatic lift- and lowerable ramp stop (17), for placement between the lift mounting base (8) and the external limit of the entrance opening (22), which lift stop (17) is lowered to a position near the floor of the vehicle (10), by moving/tilting the wheelchair ramp (16) away from the ramp stop (17), gradually raising it automatically to another end position, where the ramp stop is upright placed from the floor of the vehicle (10), and docks passage of a wheelchair (6). |
