A water supply method of a commercial cleaning device is provided to improve the washing performance of the laundry and prevent the laundry from being heat-damaged due to the hot water by selectively operating hot water washing and cold water washing courses according to the kinds of laundry. A water supply method of a commercial cleaning device comprises: a first water supply step(st2) for intermittently supplying the cold water up to a first set time; a second water supply step(st7) for continually supplying the cold or hot water up to a set water level according to the washing course of the laundry; a water level sensing step(st9) for stopping the water supply for a second set time and re-sensing the water level if the water supply level of the second water supply step reaches the set water level; and a third water supply step for re-supplying the cold or hot water as much as the difference between the sensed water level at the water level sensing step and the set level.
