A selective heating system of a kimchi refrigerator for soup prepared with fermented soybeans(cheongkukjang) is provided to enable the user to select the optimum fermentation course due to the bean state for fermentation or outside temperature and humidity and to control the period of fermentation completion depending upon the user's need and thus improves conveniences for use. The selective heating system of a kimchi refrigerator for soup prepared with fermented soybeans comprises: a high temperature heating part (560) on one side of a cheongkukjang compartment(500) to heat the interior of the cheongkukjang compartment to high temperature; a low temperature heating part (580) on one side of the cheongkukjang compartment to heat the interior of the cheongkukjang compartment to low temperature; and a control part(700) connected to the high temperature heating part and low temperature heating part to control the operation of the high temperature heating part and low temperature heating part. The selective heating comprises a first step in which only the low temperature part is operated and a second step in which only the high temperature part is operated. The low temperature heating part generates heat at lower temperature in the range from 37 to 57deg.C as fermentation temperature of cheongkukjang than the high temperature part. A drawer cooler(300') is wound inside the lower inner case(140b) to cool the interior of a cheongkukjang drawer(520) and a cheongkukjang container(600).
