A multi-layer band pass filter is provided to control characteristics and an attenuation pole of a band pass filter by changing a DC coupling characteristic. A multi-layer band pass filter includes a first resonator(52), a second resonator(54), and a coupling. The coupling is formed between the first resonator(52) and the second resonator(54). The coupling is controlled by at least one of a space between the first resonator(52) and the second resonator(54), and a divergent inductance connected to the coupling. The first resonator(52) has a first end connected to the divergent inductance. The second resonator(54) has a first end connected to the divergent inductance. The divergent inductance has a conductor between a system ground and the first end of the first resonator(52) and the first end of the second resonator(54).
