An integrated circuit device and an electronic device are provided to reduce the wire region of output lines of a data driver block, thereby decreasing the area of the integrated circuit device, by integrating the data driver block and a pad block into a macro cell. An integrated circuit device comprises a driver macro cell, in which a plurality of circuit blocks are integrated into a macro cell. The driver macro cell includes a data driver block(DB) for driving data lines, a memory block(MB) for storing image data, and a pad block(PDB) in which pads are disposed. The pads are configured to electrically connect output lines of the data driver block and the data lines. The data driver block and the memory block are disposed along a D1 direction, and the pad block is disposed on D2 direction side of the data driver block and the memory block.
