A light emitting display device and a driving method thereof are provided to maintain a constant difference between voltages applied on respective pixels by connecting first and second TFTs(Thin Film Transistors) in a current mirror formation. A display unit includes pixels, which are defined by gate and data lines. OLEDs(OLED) are formed in respective pixels. A first switching element(Tr21) supplies a driving current according to a gradation current on the data line to the OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode). A first source line(VL1) supplies a first voltage to a source electrode of the first switching element. A second source line(VL2) outputs a second voltage. A capacitor(Cst) is connected to between gate and source electrodes of the first switching element. A second switching element(Tr22) is coupled with the first switching element to form a current mirror with the first switching element. A third switching element(Tr23) disconnects the gate electrode of the second switching element from the drain electrode of the second switching element in response to a scan pulse from the gate line. A fourth switching element(Tr24) connects the second switching element to the data line in response to the scan pulse from the gate line. A power supply unit(29) divides the first and second voltages from the first and second source lines, respectively, and supplies the result to a source electrode of the second switching element.
