A display device and an electronic apparatus are provided to reduce the size of the electronic apparatus by arranging a display memory inside an IC by rotating the display memory by 90 degrees. A display device includes a display panel and an IC device. The display panel includes plural scan and data lines. The IC device includes a display memory, which stores data corresponding to at least one screen of the display panel. The display memory includes plural word lines(WL), plural bit lines(BL), and plural memory cells(MC). The IC device includes one side, which is parallel to the scan lines of the display panel. The bit lines are elongated in a first direction, which is parallel to the one side of the IC device.
