An MP3 player is provided to make it possible to charge a cellular phone while a music player function is kept by charging the cellular phone using DC power which flows into an external device connecting port of a computer. A computer connecting terminal(54) and a cellular phone connecting terminal(52) are respectively installed at both sides of a body(51) in an MP3 player(50). A cellular phone charging circuit member is connected between the computer connecting terminal(54) and the cellular phone connecting terminal(52). The cellular phone charging circuit member charges a cellular phone by changing DC power, which flows into an external device connecting port(41) of a computer(40), into DC power suitable for the cellular phone.
