A mobile communication terminal having a Bluetooth accessory is provided to enable a terminal body to recognize a voice through a Bluetooth module and output a bell sound when a terminal user inputs the preset voice to the Bluetooth accessory, thereby enabling the user to easily grasp location of the terminal body by using the Bluetooth accessory even when the user can not remember accurate location of the terminal body, set as a vibration or non-sound mode. A mobile communication terminal having a Bluetooth accessory comprises the followings: a terminal body(10) having a Bluetooth module(15); and the Bluetooth accessory(20) capable of performing wireless transmission/reception to/from the Bluetooth module(15). The terminal body(10) outputs a bell sound by making the Bluetooth module(15) receive a preset signal from the Bluetooth accessory(20). The terminal body(10) recognizes a voice through the Bluetooth module(15) and outputs the bell sound when a terminal user inputs the preset voice to the Bluetooth accessory(20).
