A box culvert type movable formwork system is provided to reduce the period and cost of construction by moving in a road culvert and an underground utility tunnel, installing and dismantling a form panel easily and placing concrete in the road culvert and the underground utility tunnel easily and to use for manufacturing various sized culverts by assembling various sized steel walers, panels and girders. A box culvert type movable formwork system is manufactured in the size of 2.0 by 2.0~4.5 by 4.5 to be movable by coupling various sized steel walers of vertical steel walers to a steel waler bracket of a double spindle pole and fixing universal girders of a vertical steel plate and panels having the appointed width used for a form to the steel walers using bolts, coupling corner spindles on the vertical steel plates and the vertical steel walers using bolts and nuts, arranging steel walers of horizontal steel walers at regular intervals and coupling universal girders on the steel walers of the horizontal steel walers using bolts, and then coupling panels with the universal girders to form spaces on both sides of the panel, and coupling the horizontal steel walers on the vertical steel walers using corner spindles.
