The device has a filling funnel whose upper part is closed by a lid which is partially chiseled. A threaded thimble receives a sealing joint, and a tube (24) slides on a cylinder (20) towards the bottom to release a liquid product in water through four openings of the tube when a user activates a water outlet of a toilet. The cylinder slides towards the top when a tank (7) of the water outlet is filled by closing a bushing of the cylinder by the pressure of water exerted by a floater (29) on a sealing joint (26) of the tube, while filling the cylinder again.
