An internal antenna of a portable terminal having a separation type contact terminal unit is provided to improve reliability of an antenna by elastically separating a radiation unit from a contact terminal unit and contacting each pin of the contact terminal unit with each pad and radiation unit. An internal antenna of a portable terminal having a separation type contact terminal unit includes a radiation unit(141), and a contact terminal unit(142). The radiation unit(141) is arranged on an upper part of a printed circuit board, and performs a transceiving function of an electromagnetic wave. The contact terminal unit(142) is installed between the radiation unit(141) and the printed circuit board so that the radiation unit(141) is electrically connected to a feeding pad(122a) and a ground pad(122b). The contact terminal(142) is installed to be separated from the radiation unit(141). The contact terminal unit(142) includes a feeding pin(143), a ground pin(144), and a forming unit(145). An end of the feeding pin(143) is connected to the radiation unit(141). The other end of the feeding pin(143) is connected to the feeding pad(122a). An end of the ground pin(144) is connected to the radiation unit(141). The other end of the ground pin(144) is connected to the ground pad(122b). The forming unit(145) integrates the feeding pin(143) and the ground pin(144).
