<p>An optical part arranging method is provided to reduce a part arranging time and cost by arranging parts in position using a three dimensional structure made of a photosensitive polymer as an align key. A photosensitive polymer(202) is coated on a substrate(203). An exposure process is performed on the resultant structure by using a predetermined photomask, wherein the predetermined photomask has a predetermined pattern capable of exposing optical part aligning portions. At this time, an align key capable of aligning optical parts in position is formed. The align key is formed like a three-dimensional structure. The photosensitive polymer is formed by performing at least one or more coating processes.</p> |
