A drive unit assembly vibration absorbing apparatus of an optical disk player is provided to improve attenuation capability of vibration even though strong vibration occurs owing to high-speed rotation of a spindle motor, and to reduce time taken for attenuation, thereby exactly executing reproducing and recording processes of a disk at high speed without an error. The first plural dampers(110) are individually fixed to an installation surface(1) of a drive unit assembly, and are equipped with the first coupling grooves(112) along the circumference. An attenuation plate(120) is equipped with the first plural coupling units(121) whose one side is open to be individually inserted into the first coupling grooves, so that the first coupling units are supported on the first dampers. The second plural dampers(130) are individually fixed to an upper side of the plate by a bolt(131), and support a base plate(200) by forming the second coupling grooves(132) along the circumference, in order that the second coupling units(140) plurally formed to open each one side on the base plate are individually inserted into the second coupling grooves.
