A clamp device of a disk player is provided to manufacture a clamp capable of clamping a disk in an upper part of a turntable, as a single-unit press material, so that the clamp is installed to lift up and down on a main plate, therefore assembling properties are improved. Magnets(140) are inserted into an upper side of a turntable(130) where a disk(1) is set. A clamp(150) for clamping the disk(1) is manufactured as a single-unit press material in an upper part of the turntable(130), and is installed to lift up and down on a main plate(100). The single-unit clamp(150) is equipped with a central groove unit(152) protruded in lower direction, and guide projections(154) are further protruded in lower direction on the center of the guide groove unit(152).
