A method for realizing an HDET(High Detection) device which operates at specific temperature is provided to enable the HDET device to operate at specific temperature in order to develop a stable product without using a coupler or an isolator in a mobile communication terminal, thus stable mobile communication terminal performance is maintained. Maximum power output is requested(S301). The current temperature of a mobile communication terminal is checked(S302). In case the current temperature of the terminal is within maximum and minimum temperature ranges, and an HDET off maximum power measurement value is called(S303,S304). If the current temperature of the terminal exists within the maximum temperature range, maximum power is outputted by using the HDET off maximum power measurement value measured while an HDET device is not operated(S307).
