A paint coloration method for preventing illegal advertisement sheets is provided to prevent illegal advertisement sheets from being attached on a telegraph pole or a traffic light by properly mixing polyurea resin and polyurethane resin. The paint coloration method for preventing illegal advertisement sheets comprises the steps of: forming a priming coat layer by applying the paints by a brush; preparing the mixture by mixing acryl resin polyurea and urethane resin at the rate of 5:1; and forming a finishing coat layer by spraying the prepared mixture. An adhesive agent attaching the illegal advertisement sheets is separated from a telegraph pole or a traffic light by applying the paint on the telegraph pole or the traffic light by forming the priming coat layer and the finishing coat layer.
