CORRUGATED CARDBOARD FOR PACKING HAVING PARTIAL EMBOSSING BENDS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A packing corrugated cardboard having partial embossed parts and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to secure decorative effect of a packing box by forming the embossed parts and to use a flat part as a print surface displaying detailed descriptions of products. The corrugated cardboard for packing has embossed parts(2) and flat parts(3) repeatedly formed on a continuously supplied paper(1) and a liner sheet(4) attached at the lower side of the paper. The packing corrugated cardboard manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming the continuous embossed parts on the paper by engaging and rotating upper and lower embossing rollers installed at a corrugating machine by receiving power from a drive motor; forming the flat parts in a predetermined section by separating the embossing rollers from each other by an operating unit after forming the embossed parts in a predetermined section; and repeatedly forming the embossed parts and the flat parts by intermittently controlling the engagement and separation of the embossing rollers according to a value set by an operator by the operating unit and then attaching the liner sheet on one surface of the paper.
