Provided is a glass transporting pallet having a seat frame so as to easily load and transport panel glass by installing an openable upper closure on an upper portion of the pallet. The pallet includes a frame(30), a support installed on an upper portion of the frame, and a seat frame(10) installed on a front surface of the support for easily loading and keeping panel glass. The seat frame is formed in a hexahedral shape, and has an openable door(11) installed on a front surface of the seat frame. An upper portion of the support covers an opened portion of the seat frame, and the support has an openable upper closure(21) installed on a rear portion of the support. A pair of guide rails is installed on outer upper and lower portions of the seat frame.
