A system and a method for offering data or a file by using the mobile network, and a recording medium for the same are provided to offer the data or the file stored in a mobile terminal and/or a storage medium linked with the mobile terminal to a receiver mobile terminal and/or the storage medium linked with the receiver mobile terminal. A storing part links/stores unique storage area ID information of a web-hard for storing the data or the file of a user, and user authentication information to the storage medium(125). A checker checks the unique storage area ID information of the web-hard by linking with the storage medium when the mobile terminal(135) of the user is connected. A provider(115) checks the data or the file stored in a storage area matched with the mobile terminal by using the checked unique storage area ID information, and provides the checked data or file to the mobile terminal. A part provides the selected data or file to the mobile terminal or the second mobile terminal(140) if the mobile terminal selects the specific data or file.
