An MP3 player is provided to make it possible to charge a cellular phone while a music player function is kept by charging the cellular phone using DC(Direct Current) power of a battery included in the MP3 player. An MP3 player(50) has a cellular phone charging module and a battery installed in a body(51) thereof. The cellular phone charging module charges a cellular phone by using DC power of the battery. The body of the MP3 player has a cellular phone connecting terminal(52) directly connected to the battery. A cellar phone charging circuit member, which charges a cellular phone by changing the DC power of the battery, is capable of being connected between the cellar phone connecting terminal(52) and the battery.
