An electromagnetic biconical type dipole mixed antenna is provided to adjust directivity of an antenna and increase a gain of the antenna by controlling an angle of a biconical type dipole element. An electromagnetic biconical type dipole mixed antenna includes a first coil(L1), an upper part biconical type dipole element(A1), and a lower part biconical type dipole element(A2). A rotating magnetic field of a horizontal plane is generated by arranging the first coil(L1) between the upper part biconical type dipole element(A1) and the lower part biconical type dipole element(A2). The first coil(L1) is connected to the upper part biconical type dipole element(A1). An electric field is generated along a vertical shaft direction by forming a constant capacitance with the lower part biconical type dipole element(A2). The electric field having a phase difference of 90 degrees with the rotating magnetic field of the horizontal plane is generated so that an elevation radiation is reduced according to an angle adjustment of the upper and lower biconical type dipole elements(A1,A2).
