A skin external composition is provided to increase production of tropoelastin in the skin, and productions of collagen and fibrilin in the dermis layer, so that the composition is useful for skin wrinkle improvement, skin elasticity enhancement, and skin moisturizing increase. The skin external composition for improving skin wrinkle, enhancing skin elasticity and increasing skin moisturizing comprises a mixture containing palmitoylpentapeptide, soybean embryo isoflavone aglycon, extract of Medicago sativa and extract of Iris florenti, wherein the palmitoylpentapeptide is prepared by binding a palmitoyl group to 5 amino acid chain molecule(Lys-Thr-Thr-Lys-Ser) corresponding with the protein base of collagen; the soybean embryo isoflavone aglycon is selected from genistin, daidzin, glycitin, genistein, daidzein and glycitein; and the amounts of palmitoylpentapeptide, soybean embryo isoflavone aglycon, extract of Medicago sativa and extract of Iris florenti are 0.001-20 wt.%, 0.001-20 wt.%, 0.001-20 wt.% and 0.001-20 wt.%, respectively.
