Provided is a reclosable vacuum storage package having a flat resealable member and a first and second slide fastener parts so as to conveniently pack and keep an article such as spoilable food. The reclosable vacuum package includes a vessel having an inner volume, an input port, a first wall and a second wall formed opposite to the first wall, a first and second slide fastener parts(20,22) supported by the first and second walls, and a flat valve assembly installed on the first wall. The first slide fastener part has first male closure profiles(40,42). The second slide fastener part has second female closure profiles(44,46). The first and second closure profiles are disposed between the flat valve and inner volume of the vessel.
