Provided is a silane-modified polyurethane waterproofing coating composition, which shows excellent durability, chemical resistance, adhesion, anti-aging property, ozone resistance, weather resistance and heat resistance while using no catalyst or curing agent, and has excellent workability. The silane-modified polyurethane waterproofing coating composition comprises: a silane-modified polyurethane obtained by reacting an isocyanate-endcapped prepolymer having an NCO index of 2-2.5, theoretical NCO(%) of 10-15 and a weight average molecular weight of 100,000 or more, aminemethoxysilane and epoxyethoxy silane; a polyoxyethylene succinic anhydride-based dispersant; a polyacrylate methoxypropyl acetate-based dispersant; a polyoxyethylene propylene block copolymer-based defoaming agent; calcium carbonate; talc; anti-oxidant; zinc oxide; anti-aging agent; and magnesia. |
