摘要 An LCD is provided to be able to supply voltage through four sides of a common electrode, thereby reducing the resistance due to the supply of voltage, by forming the common electrode to have two layers and forming one layer of the common electrode in a flat shape. An LCD comprises a pair of substrates and a liquid crystal layer formed between the substrates. A pixel electrode(4) is formed on one of the substrates. A first common electrode(2a) is disposed in parallel with the pixel electrode. A second common electrode(2b) is connected to the first common electrode, and disposed below the pixel electrode and the first common electrode. The second common electrode is disposed in a flat shape over an LCD panel.
