A method of manufacturing wild grape drink by mixing wild grape extract as main ingredient and sub-ingredient containing vitamins, sugars, citric acid and sodium benzoate is provided. The drink has functionality and sensory properties of wild grape. The wild grape drink contains 10 to 30% by weight of wild grape extract with 10 to 20Brix as a main ingredient, a sub-ingredient and purified water. The sub-ingredient contains 10 to 30% by weight of one or more sugars selected from oligosaccharide, glucose, sugar and fructose containing liquid fructose; 0.1 to 3.0% by weight of functional material selected from vitamin B, vitamin C water-soluble calcium; 0.01 to 0.3% by weight of citric acid and 0.01 to 0.05% by weight of sodium benzoate.
