An apparatus for parking bicycles is provided to improve the parking performance of the bicycle without a lock and to automatically release the locking of the bicycle when the parking fee is paid by mounting the wheel locking member releasing the locked status of the bicycle. An apparatus(100) for parking bicycles is composed of a pair of guide rails(10) formed to one direction; a pair of trolley members(20) combined with the guide rail to move along with the guide rail, and arranged along with the longitudinal direction of the guide rail; a bicycle setting member(30) where the parked bicycle is loaded; a wheel locking member(40) combined with the trolley member and inserted in the wheel of the bicycle to release the locked status of the bicycle; a fee collecting device(50) separated from the trolley member and combined with the guide rail; and a control part combined with the fee collecting device to control the release of the locked status of the bicycle and to transmit the release signal to the fee collecting device. |
